Fumbling the Ball0

The only redeeming thing about the Australia VS Kiwi game on the weekend was the lack of a live telecast on Australian free to air.  Yeah the 39-10 drumming was not unexpected, with the return of the NZ Captain and the NZ home crowd advantage the score was always going to be one sided.  Still credit to the NZ team on the 39-10 score line, the Australian’s got out played and simply out classed.  The question is will the Australian’s stage a come back in the third game?  ;)

Aussie VS All Blacks2

Every year the Kiwi’s decent on us poor Aussies to battle it out on the Rugby field. I have been lucky to go to a few games and the atmosphere of a All Blacks VS Australia game with the roar of 90,000+ people is just electric.

Since none of the games are down in Melbourne this year, I thought lets get a few of my friends together (Kiwi’s included) to enjoy watching Australia do a number on the All Blacks and it looks like we going to get a crowd turn up to witness the flogging of the All Blacks team.

Special mention has to go to both Frankie and Karen, two lovely kiwi’s who are never short of a sense of mischief , who have made bet regarding the loser of this game (soo looking forward to the pair of you paying up) :-)

And thanks for the book Karen, soo do not need to study it although as I already know who’s ass will be on display :-)

A day in the life of..1

Ever since the deck was built the next door neighbour cat Leo (his actual name is “ginger” but we both feel he is much more of a Leo than a “ginger”) has been making our place his home. Like all cats, he was out on a mission, first moving in on our new deck, then into our garden, the back room and finally just moving in.. The funny thing is, this is not our cat, not that you can ever own a cat, cats choose owners, and if you are lucky they might let you share the house with them. ;)
